Can we have our ceremony in The Roosevelt Room?

We are interested in an item that isn’t included in our package- can we customize our menu?

YES! Your menu is FULLY customizable.

Your wedding will be backed by our team of seasoned professionals. Our decades of wedding experience means we have the skills to make your wedding work for you, not the other way around! It is our pleasure to ensure we facilitate your vision of the event.

When will we pay for parking?

Never!

All event visits to Union Station for you and your guests include free parking.

This includes tours, wedding tastings, and any and all trips surrounding your event.

Are there discounts for booking multiple events?

Yes!

Potential events include (but are not limited to); Rehearsal Dinners, Pre- or Post- Wedding Gatherings or Brunches, including use of Notch 8 Grille, The Deck, The Atrium, The Tunnel Bar Loft, or The Lounge (subject to availability of course!)

Is anything included? What do we need to provide?

We provide everything you need, you decide what you want.

Can additional guests attend our wedding tasting?

Yes!

The complimentary wedding tasting is our opportunity to offer our couples peace of mind by demonstrating our renowned culinary skill, and it is your opportunity to build upon your familiarity with your future wedding venue and hospitality team, and relax before the big day.

The day of your tasting, you will be seated at your customized wedding table in the Roosevelt Room among other future Union Station wedding couples, with plenty of space for guests. Each additional attendee is $40pp.

Where will our guests stay?

We have plenty of lodging options within walking distance or a short drive to our front door.
